Legisly provides AI-powered legislative tracking and intelligence tools, including bill monitoring, report generation, alert notifications, and advocacy assistance. Our services are designed to help businesses and organizations track and respond to legislation.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Legisly Labs, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, reports, letters, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by our AI before submitting it to legislators, agencies, or other parties.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Legislative data is sourced from public government databases and may contain errors or delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legisly Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legisly Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Legisly regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
